Corona weather is rough, and in many parts of the world, the worst is yet to come.
Leaders, be a lighthouse today.
If you are not a lighthouse, you will not be visible.
If you are not visible, you are not accessible.
If you are not accessible, you are not approachable.
If you are not approachable, it is difficult to exchange with you.
If we can not exchange with you, we can not connect with you.
And if we can not connect with you, you are simply a position, not the person we can trust to lead the way.
Be the lighthouse today and light the way.
